Umm I am also very confused. On the first few days that they released the documentation checklist, I noticed it said "Fall 2021" but decided to print it out anyways. Now, however, I clicked on the documentation checklist and it's been updated to Fall 2022, and the checklist is slightly different!

A major difference is that for the Fall 2021 checklist, there is a Criterion 7: Highly Recommended Courses on page 4, but for Fall 2022, I can't find that criterion anywhere. Did they make a mistake? 0_0

You are right! Mine is Fall 2021. Let me go see what the documentation says now when I try to print it. This is such a mess... BRB

Use the form from the Application page that informed you to submit documentation.

Do you think it’s alright that they don’t have a section for Highly Recommended Courses? I just don’t understand why they had it for Fall 2021 but not Fall 2022 ?

I just logged in and since I first printed out the checklist, it does look like it is updated and they are not requesting this Criterion 7. The new version stops at number 10, no 11. I guess I will just go off of the latest version of it. Thank you guys for your help.

I printed out the form the same day it came out on Thursday. I don't know if it was the 2021 or 2022 form now, It looks the same but now I'm panicking, I handed in my packet today to the school. ? ?

OMG I used the old 2021 form. I hope I don't get disqualified for that.

I guess more is better @Hope springs eternal The old version was requesting more information. You're probably OK!

It isn't your fault. And like I said the old version was asking for more documentation than what the new version is asking for, so you're probably OK!

You guy applying anywhere else?

For me: MJC, DELTA and STAN STATE in June.

Hey guys!

Does anyone know if we need two separate documents for criterion 6 and 7? Or could one supporting document cover both?

I was rejected by East Bay and USF already, waitlisted at SFSU, and I'm waiting to hear back from Stanislaus and Sac State. Pretty sure I won't get into Sac, who knows about Stan(only 30 slots), Delta might be my only shot this go around.

@nstephens1 Do you have two different medical certificates with over 1000hrs each and you worked for the same employer or 1 cert w/1000hrs and 200hrs of volunteer work at the same place? If so I think that employer could confirm your title and hours on the same letter. You could always just print it out twice and highlight each one separately. Not sure though, I would see what everyone else thinks.

Hi!

I applied to MJC, Delta, College of the Redwoods (Eureka), but I’m on their waitlist and it’s looking like I won’t get in until next year, and Southwestern Oregon Community College.
