SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE FALL 2019 ADN

Published

Hey everyone I can't seem to find a forum for the Fall 2019 application for Delta so I thought I'd create one. I applied already. I like the way the new application is set up online. It was clearer to me this time around. I'm curious as to how many points everyone is applying with. ?

If you were selected to submit documentations are you pretty much in?? Has there been people in the past that didn't get in or weren't on the waitlist??

No, it doesn’t mean you’re in. They invited 120 people to submit documents. They only take 40 in the program, but they make the waitlist from the 120 as well. A lot of people may decline their spot if they got in somewhere else.

Are u guys finding the link to support documentation on ur e mail or on the link to check status?

Howdy guys. Just checked that they are asking for submitting documents. I applied with 80.5 points.

Yes, when you check your status you should see the request to submit documents especially with your points! Good luck!

Follow the link and log in. You will see it there if you’ve been asked to submit documents

How is everyone doing their course descriptions from other colleges?

Do you print the whole page of the catalog that has the specific prereq course (that has all the other bio courses too) or, do you just copy that specific prereq course onto word doc? I'm confused. Someone help!

I’m printing the course description page from the course catalog of the year that I actually took the class. I read somewhere it needs to be from the year the class was taken, so I don’t think cutting and pasting into a Word doc would be sufficient. The college I went to shows the course catalog years on the lower right corner of the page though and I don’t see that on yours.

Oh ok. All of the catalogs at FCC doesn't have the years on the bottom of the page. I think I'll email sjdc and see what they say. Thanks!

This is what my application says today right under supporting documentation files.

"ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN NURSING
Based on your online application to the ADN Program, we are inviting you to submit all required documentation in support of your application information. Please be advised that failure to submit ALL required documentation at one time will result in a disqualification from considered admission into the program for Fall 2019."

Yep, that's what mines say too.

Hi Everyone,

I found out I can submit supporting documents but not sure about how I feel about getting in since I've seen so many people with 80 points or above. Good luck to everyone.
