No, sorry to alarm you - SacState is the only one that has a waitlist right now - I haven’t heard anything from ARC. Just to clarify SacState’s waitlist announcement hasn’t been official - I just know I didn’t have enough points to make the cutoff to get in. I learned that Delta was 90% merit a couple months ago, which is why I added it in too schools I was applying to. I figured I had a better chance with that then I was having with the lotteries.

I got in to Sierra yesterday too! This was my 2nd time applying to Sierra. Looking forward to meeting everyone that got in and for those still waiting don’t give up, it’s awful to go through this, but it will happen eventually!

I have been applying for a year too, but yesterday I got into Sierra. I was getting so desperate to get in I applied at Delta even though that’s an hour and a half drive for me each way! I also applied at ARC and SacState (but I won’t make it off their waitlist). Don’t give up hope for those who have been applying the same amount of time - it does happen!

Mine was qualified this evening too.

I’m printing the course description page from the course catalog of the year that I actually took the class. I read somewhere it needs to be from the year the class was taken, so I don’t think cutting and pasting into a Word doc would be sufficient. The college I went to shows the course catalog years on the lower right corner of the page though and I don’t see that on yours.

Edit: Nevermind I figured it out! I see two PDF page icons on mine, but can’t open them to read them. Anyone else have this issue?

This is my third time applying to ARC. I’m also applying for the second time to Sierra and am going to apply for the first time to Delta.

Did you ever hear back? I would assume they held these seats back to give people a chance to review their letters for errors- like the person on this thread who turned in the language form, but wasn't getting the points. It was probably a safeguard since the time frame was shortened with acceptances delayed from the fire. Just a guess!

I'm a waitlister too. Was looking at applicant stats and comparing it the the waitlisted number accepted, trying to find a sliver of hope. Does anyone knows what would classify an applicant as ineligible? Is it someone who makes the initial cut, but then doesn't pass a background or drug test, making them ineligible?

Me too, quite a roller coaster of emotions, and it continues! Does anyone know what is meant by tentative?

I think for Sierra it is only Math & English GPA in that Multicriteria tool. I applied last semester to Sierra but it was there first time using the multicriteria tool, and it looks like they have made changes to what it was before. What is going on with the rejection letters at ARC? It's awful. I came to terms with not being chosen, cried, and waited for the letter to appear. Now hope has crept back into the picture, so I'm going to have to repeat the devastation cycle all over again!

Does anyone know if they are going to have a group admissions advisory this month?
