Hello everyone! I am just starting this to see who has applied or is thinking of applying for the program. I know that the application period ends on the 29th but wanted to see whos applying and with how many points are you applying with. Good luck to everyone and can't wait till the 3rd of april when they let us all know.

Someone told me June 5th

I had 76 points.

Does anyone know when MJC notifies applicants of their status?

Congrats, new SJDC admits, from your friends at MJC!!!!!!! We're all going through this crazy journey with you and I can only imagine how elated you guys must feel right now!!! :D

And to answer your question, invitations to submit documentation at MJC will go out June 5th, but admissions will not be announced until July 18-19th.

Congrats everyone! I was accepted too - 83 points! Can't wait to meet you all at orientation!

I applied with 69 points and made it as an alternate (number 7). Anyone know anything about how many alternates usually get in. Any info is much appreciated.

I got alternate #4

Hopefully we can get a spot. If you don't mind me asking, how many points did you apply with?

I Had 76 or 77 I believe

I am in - so exciting! I applied with 89.5 points.

Yes, fingers crossed we get in, I had to look at my paperwork again I had forgotten how many points lol, it was 70.

Count me in!! I applied with 86 points congrats to everyone and good luck to those of you on the alternate list!

It depends on the cohort and how many people opt out. My friend was alt #18 last year and still managed to start in the program! I lot of people withdraw their spots late in the summer when other schools give their announcements. (For example, MJC doesn't do theirs until the second half of July). Maybe people go with their first choice school and give up their spots. My friend got the email a couple weeks before semester started... So don't give up hope!
