Hey guys!

So I made this thread so that anyone applying to SJDC for spring semester 2016 can post with any questions, and fingers crossed, we all get in and can get to know each other a little bit :)

If you don't mind posting your scores, what are you points? I calculated mine and I am at 57 points, so i'm a little worried.

Does anyone know what the point cut offs were for the last couple semesters? And how low did they go down to after people either declined or accepted their spots?

Thank you!! I have to calculate my GPA, but I believe it's 74.

I hope so, and I hope that we both get accepted to the same program...I see you applied to ARC as well. I finished my ARC online application, but need to get my paperwork out by tomorrow!

I also applied. We should be hearing back tomorrow if they want us to submit information. the suspense is killing me.

Do they ask everyone to submit documentation? Or how do they decide? Because anyone can be chose for the lottery spots, right? Or is it just out of the top however many?

Yes! I have applied to Los Medanos a few times, but they are lottery as well...no luck!

I have not received any email about application status. Was that for nursing, or for acceptance into the school?

The checklist ARC sent out states that the top third will be entered in the lottery.

I checked my San Joaquin application and they've asked that I submit documentation, but I'm pretty sure they ask everyone for that.
