San Jacinto College ADN Spring 2019

Anyone else applying to San Jac Spring 2019? Application dates are August 6, 2018 - October 8, 2018.

My rubric is currently 17 but I am in the middle of APII and taking Micro in the fall; that's an additional 2-6 points. HESI is 90.4.

I had 18 points I believe, so they'll call 60 first then so on and so forth? Did you receive a response back when you accepted your spot as an alternate?

BenShan, I didn't receive a response, but when I called I verified it over the phone; I had 18 points also, and I'm number 23 out of 60

What number did you call? I called today as well and no answer as well as email ..... so they'll start with number 60 and work their way down or will the start at 1 and go to 60?

They go 60 to 1, and I called Norma Torres 281-998-6150 Ext 7863

Ok I called this morning, I am number 38. They have heard back from 22 people who were picked originally and today is the last day to accept. Mrs Torres said they'll start working on alternates after today, praying for good news!!!

That at is great news. So as of now it's 22 alternates not 60. I hope we hear great news. God is good I thank him in advance

No sorry I meant to say 22 out of the 30 originally picked to start not as alternates... unless I was confused by what she said. She said that after today they'll start going down the alternate list

I know some said the deadline for their acceptance was the 7th but for some reason she said today was the last day. Not sure what's going on but I still feel like we have a shot at getting picked

That is true. I wish the process was a little more organized. If I don't hear anything from San Jac by January 7 I'm applying to lonestar

The deadline for alternates to respond is today. Original acceptance was December 7

When is the deadline for lonestar? That's to start in the fall of 2019 correct?

It's sometime in April. Don't know the exact date but I know it's opens Jan 7
