San Jacinto College ADN Fall 2012

[color=#008000]hello guys... i'm creating this post to keep track of acceptance into the adn program at san jacinto college.

Has anyone turned all of your info in yet? Physical, cpr, etc?

Waiting on my titer results but got everything else ready to go! I hopefully will be turning everything in no later than Monday.

Oh gosh, my PA filled out my physical in black ink even after I handed her a blue pen!

When I'm not taking care of this nursing business I'm watching Nursing Student channels of youtube.... wanna be prepared is all haha xD

Did anyone have an issue with getting the MMR and TB test? Read you can't get the TB skin test after you've been vaccinated with MMR unless its that exact same moment or 30 days after. So I heard its better to do TB first... just read this online... don't know if it's true.... 0.0

Never heard of that. So you had to do the mmr?

I just did the titers for the mmr and varicella. My pediatrician burned all records once all records started being place on the Internet, lovely! So I have no way proving I had the MMR shot or chicken pox as a child (the vaccine wasn't around then).

FYI: CPR card must have expiration date in mm/dd/year format & yes the physical form must be in blue ink & all COMPLETED paperwork/copies must be turned in all at once :)

Never gave up!

So if we are not going back to get the titer blood work for another 30 days (must be 30 days after our last Hep A&B shots) do we leave that part on the physical blank or do we fill in the date we will have the blood work completed?

Does anybody know where I can find tuition online? I feel like I have looked everywhere and cant find it..

Right? Didn't there used to be a page somewhere on the website that had a breakdown of the cost of the whole two years of the program? I haven't been able to find it.

The only place is under the nursing page to the right, go to paying for college tab and then to the right again is the tuition and fees breakdown. Resident Out-of-District Tuition and Fees Tuition is $84 per credit hour plus a one-time per semester $140 general service fee. The general service fee is non-refundable unless you completely withdraw from the College.

Yes, I could have sworn I had seen something like that before. Now I'm trying to look it up for budgeting purposes and can't find it.. That stinks.
