Hello everyone and congratulations on your success so far! I have a question. I am applying for ADN with a 3.2 GPA, 86 HESI, and unfortunately a 13/30 points score (due to retakes). I am feeling extremely discouraged and was wondering if anyone knew of anyone (even if it was you) who got accepted with that kind of point scaling? Thanks in advance.

Hi, there. We moved your thread to our Student forums for more replies.

Hello! I applied to the Spring 2017 semester! I was informed they extended the application deadline.

The extension is until August 19th...I would check the website to be on the safe side.

I have a question regarding the background check. Where do you go to do this. Also I started the Hep B series again and submitted everything on castlebranch already but since my titer came out negative for hep b do i need to submit anything for hep c? Im so confused.

The first thing you want to do is call the office or email them. If I'm not mistaken when you turn in your paperwork and selected for the program they perform the background check. I didn't turn in anything for Hep C but I've read that it could be an immunization given after selected but then again I heard that there wasn't an immunization for it...????? I hope this helped a little... Always call and they should definitely give you the answers you are looking for. When I turned in everything they went through my packet and everything was fine so I'm pretty sure you are too! Good luck!

Thank you! I'm out of the country right now but when I get back I'm going to call. I have everything turned in already. I was just unsure about the Hep C.

Hey guys... So exactly what immunizations/ titers did you guys have to get? I saw the list, but I was told you're fine as long as you have them all before the start of the semester.

I heard that all immunizations are not due until after acceptance and before orientation.

I thought you had to meet them by the deadline í ½í¹„

It says that on the website but I emailed one of the advisers and that is what they also said. I'm sure you should try to get most done though. :nailbiting:

I didn't want to worry about it so I did all my immunization a and Titers before hand. The only thing I need to get is the flu shot. Also, what was everyone's rubric score***???
