  1. I guess not but have hope you guys! Summer is less applicants so the chances of getting in are higher. I absolutely love UT Health and I can't wait to see all of you guys next semester!
  2. Hi guys, long story short.. Last year I applied to the nursing program at UT Health for the Spring and Summer 2017. However, I was fortunate enough to get in for the Spring semester. So I am current J1 student. As I was into my deep studying mode for our upcoming Patho exam I received an email that I got accepted to the Summer Semester but since I am already a student I decline my spot lol SO @pappa22v and to the others who have yet to receive anything HAVE HOPE!!!!!!!!! and lastly congrats to those who got in.
  3. Hi yes once you are admitted they email you about an evalue account and then you upload your vaccines and titers there. You also upload them on myUTH. As for the drug screen you pay first with surscan and then they'll randomly drug test you and they'll send the results right to the school you wont have to submit anything for that.
  4. I also would like to just let the people know who have been waitlisted that there is hope. I got denied at UTMB and my TEAS score wasn't all that great so I didn't bother to apply to TWU & on top of that I repeated a couple of courses bc I messed up horribly my freshman year of college so I wasn't even able to apply to PV. I put all my eggs in one basket and luckily got into UTHealth. However, I was waitlisted for a week and then UTHealth accepted me. So just hang in there! There is still hope.
  5. I got waitlisted Oct. 24 and officially accepted November 4th.
  6. Hang in there! I was on the waitlist too.
  7. For those who got denied what were your stats?
  8. Hi guys I was put on the alternate list and I'm number 21. My stats are 3.5 overall gpa (I completed all my pre-reqs and core classes) and an 82.9 on HESI. I do not live in Alvin or attended that school at all. However, with the same stats I got into UTHealth which is sooo much closer to where I live (5-8 minutes away from me) and I emailed Karen this morning to tell her I wanted to be removed from the alternate list. Congrats to everyone who got in! and to those who didn't I hope you get in somewhere else!
  9. Mine also says complete í ½í¸…
  10. omg this is exciting!!
  11. I received this and when i opened it-it said congratulations on your acceptance at UTHSC nursing school and then i received another email about scolarships. I don't know if that means I was accepted. Btw I was on the waitlist.
  12. Has another from the alternate list heard something back?
  13. Do you mind me asking what were your stats?
  14. I'm barely on my shot 2 for hep b and I am scheduled to take my third one on Feb 2. Can they still do the fast track one on me and then wait 30 days to retake my titers?
