Will SAN JAC accept Lone Star HESI scores??

If your scores are on the Evolve website with all required sections you should be able to send them to San Jac.

I'm sorry for the confusion CHUNKY_MUNKEY. I understand what to do concerning Evolve. I don't know who at SanJac to send the info to. Should I have Evolve mail it to Enrollment Services? I prefer to electronically send it to San Jac, but no one will provide me with an email address. Who exactly did you send your scores to?

from what san jac told me, as long as you're enrolled in the courses you can still apply just as long as you are finished before the next semester.

By the way my name is cindy and i hope to become friends with most of you guys. If we ALL make it into the program then it will benefit us to already know each other and go through this stuff together. I want to make study pals and i love making new friends :) also i finished applying to the nursing program and only submitted a hard copy of my HESI scores to the admin. office. the didn't ask me to send it electronically... should i have?

also!! Does anyone know if we should get our shot before we get accepted or after we know if we are accepted??

You need attach your HESI scores to the application you submit to Enrollment Services AND send an official HESI transcript from Evolve Elsevier to the ADN Dept. I responded to how to send to ADN Dept in previous posts so you can just scroll back.

Immunizations take several months to complete so its wise to start now. I completed my immunizations this past summer because its a long drawn out process.

I officially submitted my application to Enrollment Services. Now the waiting begins.

I was told my Enrollment Services that they start sending out admission letters by MID-NOVEMBER.

Welcome! I just recieved confirmation yesterday that my "official" scores made it to San Jac. Super excited about that! The admin told me that all we need to do is print out a hard copy from Evolve and submit that with the application. As long as they have "official" scores as well, then you're good to go. If you haven't sent "official" scores yet, I would do so!!

No. A hard copy must be in your application packet. (printed from the Evolve website) In addition, you must have Evolve send your transcripts directly to San Jac Enrollment Services.
