Hi i wanted to start this thread for those who are going into the Spring 2018 ADN Program at San Jac Central. I would like to know Hesi score, Gpa, and total number for ranking.

Hesi 80%

GPA 4.0

Thank you...I meant to ask do theybalso average in grades that have expired. For example, I took a&p 5 years ago and recently retook it. made a C back then, made a A this tine around. Will that grade be considered a 3.0 or 4.0. Thanks https://allnurses.com/member-1166615/

Yes. From what I understand, since those grades are part of your cumulative GPA they will factor those in even though you retook the classes.

My Hesi 88%, Rubric = 21, I have done all the vaccinations and titers except for the MMR

Hi y'all,

I applied to the sanjac (central) nursing program, spring semester 2018. I'm really nervous about making it in. I also applied at UTH, because in truth, I would rather obtain my BSN.

AP I - A

AP II -A

COMP I- A

MICRO - IP (In progress)

Overall GPA 4.0

Hesi Score- overall -88.40

Math - 90

Reading comprehension- 90

AP- 88

Vocabulary- 88

Grammar- 86

Good luck to everyone!!

Mine are pretty close to yours. Except I've done all prereqs and my HESI is 87%. My rubric is 16 points. The lady told me that the lowest that got in last year was 17 points, so I'm pretty nervous

I got acceptance letter from LSC kingwood today. I still want to here from San Jac much closer to me.

Does anyone know when we should be hearing back?

I'm not 100% sure. I've heard a month from the application deadline. So around the 20th of this month. I'll probably be impatient and call.

has there been any word back?

they had told me by the end of this month, but I'm not sure

Ok I was able to speak with Central just now Ms. Linda said that they haven't even started looking at the apps. because the BON paperwork for everyone still hasn't come back yet. She said they normally receive a list of names that have been cleared from the BON. Once they get the list than they go through the apps. and sort out the ones that will be accepted. I asked her how long will it take before we start receiving emails about the results she said HOPEFULLY BY THE END OF THE MONTH BUT THE WAY THINGS ARE LOOKING WE MAY NOT GET AN ANSWER UNTIL NOVEMBER.
