San Francisco State University (SFSU) Spring 2025 BSN Program

Hello everyone, I wanted to make a forum for us applying to SFSU's Spring 2025 cohort for the BSN program to hopefully discuss the application and maybe some other questions we have. It might be helpful for us and future applicants as well!

I am also trying to remain calm but have been rejected left and right for months, I am waiting to hear back from Stanislaus, SF, and USF Sacramento, and have been rejected from East bay and Dominican. Hoping for my time to come soon!

If it gives you guys a little peace of mind I called the department and they said them changing your major to your alternative isn't an indicator if their decision and if you do get accepted by Friday they will change it to nursing

So, it's confirmed that decisions will come out on Friday.

I'm super grateful this forum exists because OMG this is an emotional rollercoaster and it helps to know I am not alone! I appreciate everyone sharing info they've been given!

Does anyone know when we have to accept admission to SF state by? I was accepted for my alternate major and assume I'll need to accept admission to the uni if I am on the waitlist for nursing.

Hi! I just received an email confirming that I'm on the waitlist minutes ago. The emails will definitely roll in soon for everyone!

How can you tell what number you are on list? I don't see it in the email.
