San Diego City College - Fall 2024 Generic ADN

Hey guys! I haven't seen anyone make a post for this years SDCC cohort yet so here it is. How is everyone feeling about their application? Any idea what they expect for the point system? I'm coming in at about 84 or 85/100 so I'm somewhat confident. I'm assuming it's gonna take a bit for them to process the apps so we'll see. To anyone that has gone to workshops feel free to drop any helpful info below! 

Hi everyone, I applied with about 87-88 points. Hopefully we start getting emails of acceptance in November or early December?Good luck!!

By any chance did anyone attend the Oct 18 info session? Any updates on application process? Or how many students they will accept? Happy Saturday! ?

Has anyone heard back about their application? I've been checking my emails daily.

Same. So if the application cycle was sept 1-sept 30, and we get notified 60-90 days AFTER the 30th, that means the absolute soonest any of us will hear back is Dec 1st. Which realllllly sucks LOL.

Ohhhh I was thinking it was 30-90 days OK good to know

The website was updated and it says letters will be email first week of December!

The first week of December can not come soon enough! The wait is horrible!! Did anyone apply to any LVN programs?

Hi friends. I'm applying with 90 points after getting rejected by Grossmont ?

I was notified by Grossmont via email rather quickly. Does anyone know if SDCC will update us via email or physical letter?

I saw on the website that they have a work shop this Thursday, I'm confused when the application deadlines are since those that applied in September are to start fall 2024 .  Can anyone tell me the application deadlines? 
I was rejected by Miracosta and I think I have a better shot at getting in at San Diego city.

Wait September applicants start FALL?! I'm so confused! I also saw they said fall applicants start fall 2025 ?! I'm so confused! If anyone goes to the workshop can y'all fill us in?!

It's my understanding that we applied in September for a Fall 2024 start. The next application period is in Fall 2024 for a Fall 2025 start. They don't seem to be doing a Spring start this year.
