San Antonio Methodist Residency Feb 2015

Hello all ! I am looking into applying for the SA methodist residency program starting feb 2015. Has anyone been through the process and have any tips or suggestions for me? I am considering in applying for PICU and NICU. Does it look wishy washy if I apply to two positions or is it normal? I actually live in California but am looking to move to Texas first week of January.

They have a Meet & Greet scheduled 1/9/15 and it's an opportunity to talk to the managers and ask questions. I would make sure you attend the M&G, because from there they schedule the next round of interviews.

I worked in NICU when the residency group came through and it's an excellent program! Good luck!!

Following the online application and on demand interview, I was invited by San Antonio Methodist Healthcare System to attend to their Meet & Greet event. I was so excited to find your post! I am excited to have found someone who has been there, done that since I applied to be part of the NICU team.

I am nervous but excited about this event. I read in another thread that 90% of candidates are hired at this event.

That is why I was wondering if you could give me an idea on what the event will be like, how many people attend, what other documents I should bring besides my Resume, how to stand out, what type of questions to ask, how to approach the managers...ect.
