Hello darthsunshine! :) Following the online application and on demand interview, I was invited by San Antonio Methodist Healthcare System to attend to their Meet & Greet event. I was so excited to find your post! I am excited to have found someone who has been there, done that since I applied to be part of the NICU team. I am nervous but excited about this event. I read in another thread that 90% of candidates are hired at this event. That is why I was wondering if you could give me an idea on what the event will be like, how many people attend, what other documents I should bring besides my Resume, how to stand out, what type of questions to ask, how to approach the managers...ect. Hello Kay_BSNRN, I was invited to the San Antonio Summer 2016 Methodist Healthcare RN Residency Meet & Greet and I'd love to get information on how your experience was, what the day was like as well as advise and tips from you on what to ask managers, what else to take besides my resume, how to portray myself, ect.
