I applied to the ADN program at SAC for this coming spring. Just wondering if anyone out there is doing the same and is as anxious as me to find out whether or not I got accepted. :uhoh3:

I also applied for Spring at SAC nursing program. However, I am not anxious because I may not be accepted this time around since I still have to complete A&P2 (I am in Hansen's class) and Ethics and Human Growth which I will take in the spring. Letters should be sent out between now and early Nov.

Hi there! I just wanted to respond because it is nice to see two people from San Antonio on here! I did not apply to SAC; I am planning on getting my LVN and then doing the LVN-RN mobility at Baptist. Good luck with everything though!

I have also applied and have not yet heard anyting back yet...and it's the 6th! Has anyone else heard anything. Good luck!

I haven't heard anything yet either. The wait is a killer. I also don't like that they're sending the acceptances through email. I'd much rather get a letter in the mail. Afraid there might be some kind of glitch or something.

Ok, guys....I just callled the secretary and she said, yes, it is so.... all applicants will be notified by e-mail "in a couple of weeks" reagardless if you are excepted or not..... today is the 7th. That would put it right before Thanksgiving, just in time to ruin our turkey feast.

So let's all take a very deep breath and pray that we aren't going crazy in the meantime :rolleyes:

If I don't get admitted this time I won't get too upset since I still have 3 outstanding classes.

But good luck to all who have finished everything.

I also called and got the "in a couple of weeks response." I feel like I have been waiting forever =). Oh well, what do ya do.

One thing that will help is that I am so very involved in my A&P2 class that I barely have time to worry about anything but what is at hand. Registration is Monday and I am planning my classes for the spring semester. The next two weeks will fly..... Like I said, I am pretty sure that I won't get in this time ;)
