Samuel Merritt University Fall 2022

Hello, I’m wondering who’s applying for program SMU the deadline is on December 1, 2021. To get into the fall semester of the following year? Just trying to create a thread.

I made an account and it only says that I submitted an app nothing else.

Yes I heard about that but to my knowledge, it doesn’t update until the night before

If you get admitted to SMU which school would you choose? Since you were accepted into Evergreen?

I’ve decided to go with SMU. The program is a semester shorter than EVC and I just wanna be over and done with as quick as I can

Both seem like very good options! I was wondering because it seems like SMU is a backup plan for a lot of applicants in case they don’t get into state schools/CC’s. I’ve had my mind set on SMU for a few years now. Their programs may be expensive but very worth it in the end, from what I’ve heard.

Has anyone recieved anything by email other than the BSN application timeline? I read on a prior students post that she had recieved an email with portal information prior to getting the acceptance letter..

No, just the preliminary review email.

Likewise! SMU id such a prestigious university in terms of the healthcare field and it has always been my dream school. I would be third generation to attend this school so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

Hello everyone!

Im sorry! I kept checking my email to see if I got in and just realized the email with the info to join this group! Reading the amount of student that applied made me feel a little better, I thought it would be way more. I can’t wait to hear if I got in! I hope we all get in! Good luck everyone and hope to be able to meet all the people on this thread in person soon!

Hi there! First off, good luck to everyone! Next, I made an account on the Samuel Merritt admitted page with my NursingCas email but I don't see anything about a submitted app. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for the help!
