Samuel Merritt University ELMSN Case Management Spring 2015 entry

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello everyone! I didn't see a thread for the CM spring 2015 entry, so I decided to make one! Feel free to post questions or comments.

I submitted my application this past Friday... And have read through the blogs from previous years. Sounds like we will heard back around mid-August. So the waiting game begins.:cat:

Same here! I've been antsy since the day I turned in my application!

How was your interview?! @inal0vespell

It went well! I felt like I over prepared for it and it was a lot more relaxed than I was expecting. I knew to expect a written portion at the end, but that took longer than I thought it would. Overall, I feel pretty good. Just getting antsy waiting!!!

How was your interview? :)

Yay!! I wish you the best of luck ☺️

I still haven't heard from them. My application said it was confirmed last Friday. Idn how long it will take them to get back to me. It's so hard to be patient :/

Thank you! Hopefully they are able to get back to you really soon! Have you tried emailing anyone to check on the status of your application? Or where they are at in the process of going through it.

This wait is killing me! Haha. I seriously check my phone like every 15 minutes.

Literally same here! The SMU website shows that the ELMSN class will be selected Sept 25th-Oct 1st.

How did your interview go CM_Prospect ?

It went well. She questioned me a lot about a couple grades but I think my experience made up for it. Much more relax than I expected though.

I was told we should hear back this week once they make final selections.

That's good to hear! My interviewer didn't talk about any of my grades at all. Which surprised me. It was really relaxed. More like "what questions do you have about the program?" And then she explained the curriculum and which clinicals are when. Very relaxed. Hope this is a good thing for the both of us?!!

Good luck to you! And all the other ELMSN prospects! Hopefully we hear very soon!

I feel like I should give it at least a week. I don't want to be pushy ya know
