Samuel Merritt ELMSN FNP Spring 2018

Published

Hey, first post here! Just wanted to see if anybody else has applied to Samuel Merritt's ELMSN FNP for January 2018. I will be submitting my app within the next few days, and can't wait to hear back from them. Anybody else applying to this cohort? What did your stats look like when you applied? I have a 3.7 last 60 unit and 3.7 science GPA, my overall HESI was a 94% and I have 6 years as an ER tech and 6 years pre-hospital as an EMT and paramedic. Thanks in advance for any help/tips!

Yes, you're right, it's good to look at the positive. For me, I took awhile to get to this point, and I'm 29 so it would just be a huge relief for me to not have to reapply. It's not fun when half of my friends keep telling me to just give up and find another career :/

Good luck, don't let your friends discourage you.

SMU Letters are out. Check your emails. I got in! C:

Omg!! I just got my acceptance email!!!!! :D

I got in!!!!! Looking forward to an amazing cohort, and thanks everybody for keeping this forum active and up to date! If anybody is any kind of Facebook savvy, we should start a group page there!

I just got accepted as well :)

I agree that we should start a facebook cohort page :)

Congratulations to everyone that got in! To those that didn't, don't let anything discourage you....push on!

I applied for the CM and received the letter that I got accepted. Looking forward to meeting all of you since we will be spending the first four semesters together.

I am waitlist #3. Still have hope though ;(

I got waitlisted. Any ideas on how the wait list process works?

I got in as well! Looking forward to meeting all of my future colleagues and classmates :)

I got accepted!! So excited!!!
