I've been looking all over for a thread about SM ELMSN Fall 2012 but have not found any!! So I guess I'll be the first to post something about it. Since application deadline is today, any hopefuls like to share their application experiences, stats, goals, anything related to nursing school? Now that apps are completed, the waiting begins...sooooo exciteddd!!! :nurse: I applied to the FNP track, crossing my fingers :uhoh3:

I just checked Samuel Merritt's website, and apparently they're still accepting applications for Fall 2012 CM Program..hmm..

For the CM program, I am waitlisted #10 and havn't heard from them...I doubt they're still accepting applications.

Hey xzalense - I just got my acceptance letter today; since I was 11, I knew you'd gotten in! Congrats! Now I'm totally framing out - USF or SM? Does anyone have any more info on orientation dates, etc? So excited to meet everybody!

Omg u got into USF, lol if it were me id go to USF forsure!!! I actually got rejected from uSF cnl program :(

I joined FB, waiting to be accepted. Did you start the page? Just trying to figure out who's who without saying any names since they seem to be deleted anyway. And yes, big decisions to be made. I'm going to talk to my USF counselor on Tuesday and my partner and I are going to hash out pros and cons this weekend - he is totally for USF but will support whatever I decide and we have to put our daughter first, I don't think the city is the best place to raise a teenager especially when she's grown up in Lake Tahoe! Can't wait to get on FB and meet everyone.

Hey Kandd99, Congratulations!! USF and SMU! I guess the biggest question is what do you want to do? Case management? CNL? Personally, I have interests outside of both, and since USF seems like a better school for nursing, I'd go with them. However, either way, you'll get a great education. The cohort at SMU seem very nice so far though! Best of luck in your decision.

Hi All,

Came here for posterity reasons, and boy do I remember what it was like last year.

For anyone who's interested, I have printed out lectures and material (color) from Pathopharm, Mental Health and some others. I hate to throw away paper, especially stuff that can go to use.

If you don't mind some chicken scratch notes here and there, please PM me and we can arrange to get you my old docs.

I got an interview for ELMSN to FNP, but afterwards (as of end of May) didn't hear from Samuel Merritt about my status. They didn't reply to my email inquiry either. Anyone else have this issue?
