Hey all!
I thought I'd start a thread for all SMU spring 2010 hopefuls!
If you've been around allnurses.com for a while, I'm sure you've seen my countless stressed-out posts about SMU and how I was hoping to get in for fall 2009, but that obviously didn't happen! Made it to #1 on the waitlist but noone dropped out! Ouch.
But here I am, ready to start in spring 2010 (hopefully---fingers crossed!) and I'm hoping I'm not the only one who's out there waiting to hear back from them. Let's go through this wait together!!

Hello all and congrats to those who got accepted for BSN spring 2010. Just wanted to let u folks know that i also received my acceptance letter from them couple days ago. Im pretty excited as well n a bit nervous at the same time. I just hope i'm not the only male who will be in the class. Also, does any one have any information regarding the quality and teaching style of the teachers for the BSN program? Since I'm going to be spending so much money and time for this school, I just hope teachers there are pretty helpful and caring as they should be anyways. I'm just so tired of seeing teachers who are unorganized. Other than that, I'm pretty thankful that i finally got accepted. hope to hear from ya'l soon!
Hello everyone!!
I am in need of some advice. I was accepted to SFSU's nursing program and was set on attending it. That all changed this morning when I learned I was accepted into Samuel Merritt's BSN program for this fall. There are numerous pros and cons, but I just want to choose the BEST school that will make me the BEST nurse. Does anyone have any advice? I have about a week to decide. .. .

you got in to SMU's BSN program as well as SFSU?
The pro about SFSU, it's WAY cheaper than SMU, and also there are budget cuts which forces a lot of students to stay longer than they should. Depends where you live might change your mind as well?
