Hey All! I applied to SMU for the 2018 Fall BSN program. Just wanted to create this to see if anyone's gotten a confirmation email or (possibly) even heard back! Plus, I figured this could serve as a good outlet for my checking my email incessantly!
There isn't a group set up, i can go do that now. My name on here is my FB name, feel free to add me but I'm pretty liberal and post my kids and dogs often. Fair warning, though i guess thats about to end soon! Theres a live chat next week on wednesday for admitted students, that will be super helpful for us. In the FB group for Spring 2018 they have very helpful links, which we will get to share. When is everyone planning to get their CPR cert? Also theres hella scholarships out there, gotta hunt and apply for all of them!
Hello, I hope you don't mind my asking but I'm planning to apply to Samuel Merritt for Fall of 2019 and I wanted to know around what GPA people are getting accepted with. I think I'll have around a 3.7 science prerequisite GPA and an overall 3.8 GPA and I wanted to know if that would be competitive enough for SM. I haven't taken the HESI yet. Thanks, much appreciated.
Hey I was accepted and these are my stats:
Cummulative GPA: 3.96
Science GPA: 3.67
HESI: 88% overall
Extras: I had 6 months of volunteer experience in a hospital, also this was my first time applying
Niceeeee! Gonna have to reactivate ye old Facebook...here's hoping I can remember the password.
Behold the coveted fb group. Log into Facebook | Facebook
