Samuel Merritt ABSN Summer 2020

I didn't see a thread for the Samuel Merritt ABSN summer 2020 cohort and just wanted to start one, as I know most of us are in the process of applying right now. I applied to the Sacramento campus, but am currently waitlisted. I just wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations on how to be more competitive aside from GPA (as I am going to retake some courses to up my GPAs). I love that Samuel Merritt looks at applicants holistically. Please share the wisdom , whether you are applying or you are already in the program. Thank you and have a blessed day !

I just got an email that I have been waitlisted for Oakland as well (9 of 45). Congratulations to everyone who was accepted, and for those of us on the waitlist, there’s still some hope!

I found out today I am waitlisted for Oakland spot 25/45.

I was waitlisted for Sac January 2020 cohort spot 20/65ish and ended up at spot 5 (so it moved 15 spots for this last Sac cohort).

Hey ya!

So I've been bugging the crud out of this forum, but I finally got an email from SMU. LOL recap , I applied for SMU ABSN April cohort for San Mateo. I'm waitlisted number 3 of 5 . IDK if that's a good thing or a bad thing. LOL but, at least I heard from them !LOL praying for everyone else who hasn't heard yet !

Hi everyone! Kinda new here, kinda not. I’ve been stalking this page for some time ?. Any who, I found out yesterday that I am waitlisted for the Oakland cohort 12 of 46. Congratulations to everyone that got in and good luck to everyone on the waitlist!

CONGRATS everyone!! I found out yesterday that I've been waitlisted for Oakland too. For those of you that got into the program, do you mind sharing when your letter of intent is due? Trying to figure out when we might see some movement on the list.

I can't find anything on Pulse either ?

Hi!
For San Mateo June 2020, we have 2 weeks to sign the letter of intent. Got the acceptance email 3/6 and it’s due tomorrow, 3/20!
