So, the applications are due today (September 1st) for summer admission to ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. How does everyone feel about their application?? :up: :down: What campus did you apply to?

So does that mean they got into SF cohort or SM cohort?

Since I got accepted to SM - April start, that means everyone else on oakland waitlist did too since I was last!! Where are you guys?! Are you accepting?

We got into SF cohort. However, it's called SM - April cohort since SF cohort will no longer be taught in SF. It will be taught in SM now.

I also noticed they updated the 2012-2013 academic calendars on their website so there's no more confusion!

SM-June cohort really does start in June lol..

Hello all! I was also on the waitlist for Oakland (35) and was accepted into SM-April cohort so can't wait to meet my fellow classmates come April 23rd. So excited!

Do you think San Mateo applicants are going to be at a disadvantage cause right now Oakland waitlisters are getting positions at SF april start and Oakland. But San Mateo applicants don't have that benefit because we don't even know what our status is. I honestly thought they made decisions for all campuses at the same time and then fill open positions from a unified wait list.

Omg, that hadn't occurred to me but it does make sense. However, it seems like SM/SF April start is having trouble filling the spots so maybe there will be room for SM June applicants who end up on the waitlist.

Hopefully SM-June was not at a disadvantage and that the counselors found a way to make it fair for all campuses.

Wait.. I am SO confused.. I was 25 on the waitlist and I haven't heard anything about SM?? All of you who were accepted were on the Oakland waitlist??
