So, the applications are due today (September 1st) for summer admission to ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. How does everyone feel about their application?? :up: :down: What campus did you apply to?

Oh, I hope so... I had a little breakdown yesterday either because of my ****** job, or because of indecisive Samuel Merritt. It's been 6 months since we applied. They better call us today!

I woke up in the middle of Saturday night - heart racing - because I couldn't stop thinking about it. I think I'm officially a bit of a nervous wreck about all the uncertain waiting? Ugh. It was just oh-so-dispiriting to walk into the SMU office Friday afternoon and hand-deliver my waitlist notice...and then have it stamped and put on top of the stack of other waitlist notices.

I decided in a panic to apply to the Fall start date, even though I heard that it's being moved from San Francisco to San Mateo, and I live in Oakland. Here's to fifty bucks, rewriting all my essays, and freaking out over amassing transcripts!

Hey, I know this is wishful thinking still... But to anyone who is on the waiting list - did you fill out the FAFSA form? I filled it out, but was denied. :( Problem is, I make really good money right now, so obviously, they assume I do not need any help, but I will be quitting my job IF I get accepted, and therefore will not have my income anymore, so how do you get around that?? Any ideas?
