So, who applied?

Hi tiss! I am free this whole week. If u want to meet me it's possible for me or we can talk over the phone. Just e-mail me your number. My e-mail is [email protected].

If there r more people who live in Sacramento & want to commute please let me know.

Ckrs. I'm looking to move from Chicago. I can move to Sacramento and commute with you guys! I need help finding a good apartment any suggestions?

Why not move to the Bay area instead of Sacramento, do you want to do over 100 miles one way to school?. We are looking for people to carpool with still l have to be honest with you.

No. I looked at a map and I think we're going to move closer to San Mateo. Anyone have any apartment property suggestions? I must admit I'm rather lost when it comes to the area.

iLnurse - Try Craigs List for apartments.

I've looked, it's just that I have no idea what a good area to live in is versus a bad one. Like in Chicago, the south side is a little rough and some of the suburbs have areas you want to avoid. Can anyone give me some insight to that stuff? Areas or complexes that should be avoided? Ones that are great and I should seriously consider. Also is $1500-$2000 a month pretty standard?

Lil Nurse - which campus are you going to?

Your price range sounds about right. You could try South San Francisco or Daly City, they mite be cheaper than San Mateo. I would not recommend commuting from Sacramento - it will take hours each way due to traffic and finding time to read and study would be compromised. The peninsula (south of San Francisco) is more expensive than the East Bay, (Oakland, Berkeley, etc) but you'd still have to commute to San Mateo and get across the Bay, which is not pleasant either way, depending on time of day.

I ageee, I think we're definitely going to be moving closer to the campus, I think somewhere in between SanFran and San Mateo would be best. This way I can get to clinicals quickly either by car or this "BART" thing I keep hearing about.

Go to www.bart.gov for info on BART, including arrival and departure times and costs, and general information on how Bart works and where it goes.

South San Francisco and Daly City are between San Fran and San Mateo.
