I am trying to determine what the salary cap would be for our callcenter RN's. We start new hires at $23/hr w a .75+ for bilingual. Would some folks be so kind as to reply asap? Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone knew if there are at home telephone triage positions in GA??

How did you go about finding this position and qualify for it?

Thanks

I currently work contract for a government clinic in Hawaii and make $29.88. I am sure some of that is because of the location.

I do telephone triage in AZ, and make 32.50/hour.

What type of triage? For a company ie insurance company, hospital, physicians?

Triage in Phoenix for physicians.

Specializes in Med-Surg.

Are any of your positions in "call centers" for LPN's / LVN's ? I work currently as the phone triage nurse for a Hospital Based Family Practice clinic with 35 providers and I am the only one:bugeyes:!

Networking. The DON's life partner was a nurse on the peds floor I worked at. She told me about the position. The clinic sent me to several seminars and gave me more training time than I ever had on the floor. Plus I work with 2 other triage RNs who are always there to assist me if I should need it and I learn fast... so it works well.

I am an RN with 9 year pedi telephone triage experience and I make $39.75/ hour then a 5.00 diff for working evening 5p-1a and another $4.00 / hour on the weekend evenings. We take call for ~ 100 pediatricians in the DFW area. Love my job!!

I am new to telephone triage and the pay range for my job is low teens then a couple of bucks per call. This seems low compared to what ya'll are giving as salaries. Would anyone be willing to expand more on this. In other words....if you work from home is hourly pay usually less vs more per hour if have to go in to a call center...more pay for full-time vs part-time?..more pay for working for insurance or national call center vs. individual hospital?

Also, do most of you telecommute(work from home) or do you actually go into a call center and are their any of you who aork really remotely (ie. company HQ is in one state or city and you work from home in another state or city?

Thanks so much for any info...its so great to be able to learn what others are doing.:specs:
