Salary for LPN supervisor at assisted living?

Nurses LPN/LVN

Does anyone know of the average salary for a wellness director/nursing supervisor for assisted livings?

Depending on your experience, don't do it for less than 50K /yr. You take on an awful lot of responsibility. A few that I know are on salary, which is a mistake. They put in a ton of hours and only get X amount per pay. If they want you bad enough they will pay what you ask for. Good luck...:smokin:

In my facility, EVERY LPN is an LPN supervisor. It's really not a big deal. You do supervise... the CNA's. Other than that it's med passes and treatments as usual. I am in eastern PA and new grads start at 18/hr, eves is 19/hr, overnights 18.50. This is F/T w benefits. PRN pays a bit more but you get no benefits. BTW, another reason we are called LPN supervisors is that if the word "supervisor" is on the nametag, union people cannot approach us because we are "management". HA!

The original poster is referring to assisted living facilities, not nursing homes.

at assisted living facilities by me, in central IL, starting pay is 15.00. They supervise cna's. Nursing homes around 18
