U.S.A. Florida

I've heard that the pay for Florida nurses is very low, is this true?

Do you know what the starting salary of a new grad would be like?

Also the salary of a nurse practioner (neonatal)?

Any additional comments...

Delray Medical Center offered me $26.37 as a new grad. Shift Differential $3 for nights.

There are reasons for that. And why they hire many new grads?

A quick search on this website will give you all the data you need. It was been discussed frequently on this BB.

Delray's hospital reputation throughout the the traveler nurse circuit has it nicknamed "Hellray" Beach.
