Anyone accepted for the Fall 2008 semester? I just got my acceptance letter!!! Yay!!! :)

As I have said previously I have been being jerked around by this school and different administrators since November about applying for Fall 2010, apparently they keep changing the format on how to apply. Finally I just said screw it I am no longer going to attempt to apply to this school if every person I talk to is telling me something different. The last time I had made contact with them was January.

Fast forward to this past Friday, 4/30. I got a phone call around 5:15pm from someone at the school saying she was sorry it took so long (since JANUARY) to get back to me, that they are still taking applications for Fall 2010, and for me to schedule a time to take the 12 minute exam that decides if you are even allowed to apply to the school. I was in the car at the time so I told her I would have to get back to her. I don't think I will be though..

Me either. It's been about 2 weeks, I know all the information has to go in front of the admissions committee. will keep you posted!!

Yes, she said they are still accepting applications for this Fall.

JBEL , when did you take the exam? I took it Friday the 23rd. I've applied for the evening program. I hope we all hear soon. Is it true they take 60 for the day and 60 for the night? Thanks

i took it on the 16th of April. I'm not sure how many people they take for each class

@Taurinez thankyou you so much for writing all that about the school. you have given me some hope again and motivation. i've already taken the test 3x and never got accepted. now that i got my bachelors in sociology do you think it would help in my favor and show them i'm some what driven to go to the school? i have applied everywhere in ny lpn schools, rn schools and nothing. but i'm not stopping!! my goal right now is to just get into some program that i can excel in =) I

I'm a current LPN student and was wondering how long this program is for those that are LPN's. I'm graduating in 2 months and not sure whether or not to go on for my RN. I don't think I can take 2 more years of school! lol:D

The contact number for SPSON is [phone]. I think they have a rolling admission but am not sure.
