You typically won't hear anything until July. Unless they changed something. At least thats when i found out when I applied over 2 years ago.

I also haven't heard anything. I got an email after my application was received saying the Anesthesia Dept. would be receiving the applications by April 10th and it would be 2-3 weeks for them to review. I assumed I would hear something shortly after that regarding whether or not I would be extended and invitation to interview. However, if they don't typically send out anything until July, then I guess I can just calm down and wait patiently until then.

I thought this program didn't interview anymore and it was based strictly off your personal statement? No?

I don't believe they interview anyone anymore actually. They have been doing personal statements from what I understood/ was told by the ubderclassmen. When I applied we had interviews and the class after me they stopped them. You may find out a bit earlier since they don't do interviews anymore, but truthfully I'm really not sure. Either way you're gonna have to wait. So just relax and have a drink.

So...I've heard from other posts that a few people have received rejection letters as of May 25th. I have not received a rejection letter but when I log into the online application portal it says DENIED under my application. HMMMM...I'll keep you guys posted. Has anyone else experience this??

I'm coming from Maryland so I have no idea where to stay. Maybe some of the current students can shed some light as to good places to stay etc. I'll probably try and take a trip up there before the program starts. I think we have some time to actually figure things out before the program starts.
