Should I apply to a safety school that will take me 2 years or an accelerated one that will take me 1 year?
2 Year
Pro: I will be accepted, can take breaks during summer
Con: An extra year compared to the accelerated route, RN instead of BSN
1 Year Accelerated
Pro: 14 straight months instead of 24
Con: About 6-10 more prerequsites

I think you should make a decision by considering your ultimate goal. If your goal is to be an RN then I would take the 2 year route and I'm assuming that's the Associate Degree program. If you want to continue with a Master's then I would take the accelerated BSN. If you are content with being an RN why would you take an extra 6-10 classes if you will end up with the same title.
