Hey everyone I got my letter. I ended up getting rejected. For reference I had 82 points. I will be going to Golden West since I don’t want to reapply to Saddleback. That is one less application for next semester LOL.

For those that have been accepted maybe we’ll see each other at clinical! I heard some sites are the same. And for those who didn’t get in, reapplying and getting more points is the best bet. I’ve been trying to get into nursing school since 2019 and I’m finally starting in 2021 ?. Congrats to those accepted and best of luck to everyone reapplying or waiting on other schools!

I’ll see you at GWC! I’m in the same boat as you. And yes congrats to everyone who were able to get in! It seems like it was a tough year with many high scoring applicants.

I calculated 82 points as well, didn’t make It in. Good luck to you all on your journeys. Hope to see/meet you all in the future.

Hi everyone,

I was selected as an alternate, didn’t say my position #. Saddleback was my first choice but I got accepted into GWC as well so I’m happy to have that. Congrats to those that got in

Hi everyone. I got selected as an alternate, but I have already committed to CSULB as it was my first choice and Saddleback was a backup. I had 83 points and a counselor said to me in the history of the program the point cutoff had been below that so this pool was really competitive. Best of luck to everyone in the future!

Wow! Congrats again and looks like you have a good chance to go to either GW and maybe get a back-up position at Saddleback. Best of luck. I haven't applied yet, scoping it out for applying in February and this is going to be tough!

Congrats! I'm scoping it out for next application period. My counselor mentioned 78-80 would be competitive but it looks like the bar has risen a lot! Can we ask what you were accepted with?

I still havent heard back from Saddleback... is that weird? I havent heard back from Santa Ana either. I hope its not an error with my application in both schools...
