Hi everyone. I was accepted a few weeks ago but was waiting to hear back from three other schools. I will be attending Golden West! I hope anyone who is an alternate hears back soon.

I finished all the relevant courses! So pharmacology, psychology, the life cycle courses, communications, and a math class. Santa Ana has a lot of extra classes from what I remember doing the application. Golden West has an Intro to Nursing but only gets you +1 point.

Hey everyone I got my letter. I ended up getting rejected. For reference I had 82 points. I will be going to Golden West since I don’t want to reapply to Saddleback. That is one less application for next semester LOL. For those that have been accepted maybe we’ll see each other at clinical! I heard some sites are the same. And for those who didn’t get in, reapplying and getting more points is the best bet. I’ve been trying to get into nursing school since 2019 and I’m finally starting in 2021 ?. Congrats to those accepted and best of luck to everyone reapplying or waiting on other schools!

I accepted at Golden West too. I hope Saddleback doesn't extend since there are already pre-enrollment forms due next week at GWC. Saddleback is my first choice since I took classes there and at IVC. I'm more familiar with the school and the program. The scores were so high in this forum and I'm afraid I might not get in.

Hi priscue09, I used my personal email. It worked for me since my boxes were checked. Also, I spoke to someone from Admissions. They said their system was down so they might be having trouble reviewing all the transcripts. I also emailed someone asking if my transcipts were received since I sent them Sep 1st with no confirmation email from credentials solutions and they said "Cypress College does not inform students upon receipt of their transcripts" which didn't really help.

I'm in a similar situation. I have the documents I emailed checked off but not my transcripts. I am getting worried since it is almost October... Have you emailed them about it?

Hi guys! I just got the email confirming that Golden West got my application. Now time to wait until late October/early November. I am so anxious!!

Hi there! I don't think you should be nervous at all! 88 is a lot of points. I will be so surprised if you don't get in. I'm also surprised that there were a lot of applicants for Spring. I assumed Fall gets more, but I guess it is different for each application period.

Hi everyone! I applied for Spring 2021 and I honestly am not sure how many points I have. Also, I am a new applicant and the registration website says new applicants will only be considered for Fall 2021, but that may change. Good luck to everyone on here!

I am applying there as well! Golden West and Saddleback are my top two. If I don't get into either, I will try to get more points and apply again. Good luck to you and also to everyone else on this thread.
