Saddleback Nursing Fall 2021

Hi everyone!

I'm applying for Saddleback for the first time with 83 points and its been so challenging since COVID. I wanted to create a place all applicants could talk and maybe help one another out!

If I do get in I will be dropping from the GWC nursing program. Hopefully they don't extend the date beyond December 2nd again!

I accepted at Golden West too. I hope Saddleback doesn't extend since there are already pre-enrollment forms due next week at GWC.

Saddleback is my first choice since I took classes there and at IVC.  I'm more familiar with the school and the program. The scores were so high in this forum and I'm afraid I might not get in.

I have the same fear, and for now am just behaving as if I didn't. Since there are so many things we need to have done in a time crunch.

 

I hope we do get in! And if not, well at least we got into GWC.

It's already 1:44 PM and no one seems to be getting any email from them yet...the day is almost over. They will probably reschedule it again. Ugh. ??

I’ve got nothing yet either. Work day is over at like 5 isn't it? 
 

 To be honest I don’t understand why they are taking so long. It’s such a clear cut decision with multi criteria points. Like why so many delays? Hmm. Bizarre.

@lindseydreyer I know, right? I understand that things are more difficult with the pandemic going on and working from home, but it's been more than 2 months since the start of the nursing application. And they keep changing the dates for the letters...making us wait, hope, and be anxious over and over again. It would have been better if they just gave us one fixed date and stick to that date. Ugh. I am ranting. LOL. I'm sorry. It's just so frustrating. ?

If I already had another spot I would take that and RUN.  The pandemic has significantly affected everything.  I admit, I am envious of those that have that option.
