Anyone here back from SCC yet?

Hello. Did anyone hear back from them? They said they will send a packet in the last week of October.

I have not heard from them yet.  But I think our orientation will

fall on Dec 11 or 14.

I actually got a response confirming my acceptance! In the email, they said to expect a packet late October/early November.

Did you revive the confirmation in late April? Also, was it an email or a mail?

I didn't actually. I had to contact the nursing department because I heard other people received confirmation of their acceptance form and I hadn't. I emailed them back in August about it and it took some calling around/emailing but they got back to me through email!

Thank you for replying. I haven’t heard from them. I’m starting to become a little worried. They said we should receive official packets in the last week of October. Hopefully we’ll hear some good news soon.

  Hello everyone, congrats to all those accepted, and stick with it to those that are still trying. This is was my third app to sac city and I got accepted to Spring 2021. I also saw we’d get more info the last week of October. Aaaaaand I also haven’t got anything. I emailed them, and happy to see I’m not the only one with this problem ?. I got an auto response saying they’d get back to me in 3-5 days. If I learn anything I’ll be sure to share. Looking forward to meeting the Spring 2021 class, this *** gonna be fun ?

Hey everyone for Spring 2021!  We have a facebook group going if anyone wants to sign up it’s a private group (I don’t do facebook but made one as I thought it would be a good way to connect prior to school) just in case you want to join!

Hi,

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to move in on Jan 1st-Feb 1st. It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment in midtown, Sacramento. We have a washer/dryer in the unit plus a dishwasher. It's about a 7 minute drive from the sac city campus (but lectures will be on Zoom anyways LOL).

We are both 35 year old females. I will be a 4th semester nursing student in Spring 2021. My school is in the bay area so I will be in the bay area for clinicals during most of the week and come back and work weekends in Sacramento, so I will barely be home. My job is across the street from Sac State Folsom Hall and that's an 8 minute drive for me from the apartment (no freeway). My roommate is not in the nursing field, she works a standard M-F 8-5 job. 

The rent is $500 a month not including utilities. The upstairs bathroom would be shared with me. We prefer a nursing student (or any student) because they tend to be more serious and quiet. My roommate already has two cats so we ask for no additional pets and no smoking.
