Sac State Fall 2013 Applicants

Hello Everyone,

I am about to send in my application to CSU Sacramento for Fall 13 and was wondering if there are any other people in the same predicament. Would love love to hear your experiences as well.

Mommato3crazies: You're welcome, and thank you! I did the module, I just didn't print the certificate of completion from HealthStream! I just filled out the attached forms. Did you sign up for a CPR class?

I don't think they're referring to corequisite classes, only because those don't have to be completed before you begin. Though, I would still send an unofficial transcript when the semester ends to certify that you have completed those courses. That answer probably wasn't much help. Sorry!

I just turned in my ITE this morning! I handed I directly to the woman in the office. Crazy, I can't believe this actually happening! I'm excited!

I just dropped mine off! One of the professors was in the office, and she told me to get a lot of rest before the semester begins! Haha. Everyone I've met has been so nice!

I did sign up for a CPR course for June 11 through the AHA. That way, my certification won't lapse while I'm in school! That class is in Roseville.

Congratulations everyone!! I just wanted to verify that all we are sending to the school of nursing is the ITE and a copy of our driver's license right? We don't need to include the certificate of completion from HealthStream, right?

Kaylab: I know it is going to be crazy. I'm going to sign up for a class in Elk Grove. Are you doing orientation (the regular sac state one)? Or are you already a sac state student? I can't remember, I think we've had this conversation before ha ha.

Wanisai: yes, and do not forget the UCD form as well. You should be sending 3 things.

It says we do not need to send the certificate for health stream.

Don't forget the UC Davis form! We send the HealthStream certificates from all four modules in at the same time. We'll get instructions for that later this month. Total, your envelope should have three pages inside. The license copy, the ITE, and Davis form. Hope that helps!

Mommato3crazies: I'm transferring from Sierra, and I'm going to orientation on the 18th. Same day as you, I think! I'll meet you then! It'll be nice knowing people before the semester even begins.
