Rutgers-Camden Accelerated BSN Fall 2015

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hi all, I applied to Rutgers-Camden Accelerated BSN program in late January. I wanted to start a new thread for the program. I am anxiously waiting to hear back from the school!! I will have a bachelors in psychology, minor in biology when I graduate in May. Has anyone else applied and received a response yet?

When i went to an info session last month I was told that the tuition for this program is the same as the tuition for the traditional bsn program. Does anyone know if this is true? I have had a hard time getting responses from Rutgers.

I went to an information session also and they said it was the same price as any undergrad. I believe it's just the price at this link and that's the rate per semester. Could be wrong, but that was the way i interpreted it.

Rutgers Admissions | What does it cost annually?

now that i see that link maybe that's not the price per semester....

ahah sorry! now i'm not sure at all

I saw that too and I can't find anything different for the program so I'm assuming that's what it is. I'm hoping they send more specific information.

I also thought the cost per semester was at that link but I may be wrong

Okay cool I'm sure that's what it is then.

Okay cool I'm sure that's what it is then. Did you get an email for setting up classes and orientation? So far I've only gotten the general like welcome email.

I only recieved the welcome email too. I emailed [email protected] to ask about meeting with an advisor because it was mentioned in this thread. I just gave my name and ruid number and they already had one scheduled.

Thanks I'm gonna try that too

Congrats to you guys! When I had my registration/advisement meeting we talked about tuition. The program is rated as regular Rutger Camden undergrad credit tuition.

Congratulations on your acceptances! I am currently in the ABS program (in Camden) and I will be starting level II in the summer. Its a great program and I have no complaints so far (the communication issue can be annoying at times but it depends on the faculty--most professors are very quick to respond). I'm very happy with my decision to go there. If you guys have any questions I'd be happy to help! There is gonna be a lot of information to take in during orientation, it can be a little overwhelming too so if you have any questions let me know! Good luck to everyone~

Hi,

I was wondering if you could tell me how you checked your application status?

I applied for the program via NursingCAS not the Rutgers website directly. Also, I attended an information session back in February, if i'm not mistaken, and they said the deadline was June 1st...
