I just attended the Rutgers ABSN information session this past Monday. It seems there were a couple of people applying for this upcoming fall (2016), including myself, and it was suggested that we connect! I'm applying to both campuses but hope to get into Newark at the very least since its a closer commute for me. I'm just starting the NursingCas application.
@klouis001 Congrats! I have no doubt you'll get in, as so many people apply to both campuses and obviously can't be in two places at one time. Which campus was your preference? Best of luck to everyone!!!!!! :)
I called the office and they explained that wait listed students got emails. Snail mail students will get decisions. Also, I was unaware, but wait listed means I made the cut but it not that I can start any semester. A spot needs to open up for me to take it otherwise I need to reapply for the next semester.
I just got the email that I was waitlisted, too, at Newark - definitely better than one of the alternatives, but stinks to have to wait. Best of luck to all!
I just received my acceptance to Rutgers-Newark via e-mail (assuming I pass my chem summer course :)). I did NOT request an e-mail or call to hassle them at all, so be prepared for an e-mail either way!
Looking forward to meeting everyone at orientation!!! Who else will be in the beautiful city of Newark with me?
