running out of time =/

Published

So I graduated in may and have waited several months to schedule my NCLEX date because typically I am afraid to take it. I finally decided to schedule it about three weeks ago for the twenty fourth of this month...nine days away. Basically the fewer days till the big test the more edgy I am becoming. I am not sure if I am studying right or for that matter...studying enough. I feel as though I could never study enough for this test. This is overwhelming me...what if I take the test and know none of the questions. The thought of failing is horrible and I just want this to be all done with. I'm running out of time and I still don't feel even half way ready, and I feel if I move the date I will never get around to working up the nerves just to take it.

i am taking test in five days, 23th is my day, same feeling as yours, the SATA questions are killing me, feel like i could never get the right answer, feel so sick of the book, i just want to finish it, god help me.

I'm doing this computer program and it is just making me sick...there are so many questions that I just don't know. My test is on the 24 I only have 5 more days to study and then hopefully I don't freak out when I take the test. :throcomp:

I am also testing on the 23rd. I feel the same way you do. I am sick of the books and the computer questions and I just want to hurry and get it over with. I have been studying for over 2 months straight, just about everyday. I will be praying for you when I am praying for myself. Good luck and I hope we both PASS!!!!

WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Four more days of studying left and three for you, we got to make the most of the time we have left. Good luck today.

You can do this!! You have already done the really hard part...you finished nursing school! You have all the info you need, just apply it! There is alot of info, but don't overwelm yourself! Take a deep breath and say I CAN DO THIS!! I stressed myself out memorizing all the lab values and I didn't use them once for the test! Concentrate on S/S, precautions, and knowing your steps to basic procedures! They are not going to ask you anything you don't already know!! Go ROCK it and Pass!! GOOD LUCK!!! :)

two more days of studying left and one for you...i think that on your last day you should review a little and then just relax

one more day of studying for me and the big test for you is tomorrow good luck

Thanks. I am so nervous. Please say a prayer for me. I know several people say don't study the day before but that is all I have done. I can't help myself. I feel that I am ready but you never know what kind of questions you will get.

Good luck with your test!!!

WE BOTH WILL PASS!!!!!

lol i probably will too lol...last chance to study you know i hope you pass...supposedly you can find out if you pass or fail 48 hrs after you test if you log on and try to register to take the test again...if it lets you pay that means you failed but if it doesn't it means you passed...that is what i heard, and i had two friends try it and they both passed and it didn't let them register...i'm praying for you good luck

u can find out a FEW HRS after u write the test by doing the PVT trick.t read over that thread on instructions
