If you didn't get a rejection email and you completed everything in the application in its entirety, then probably because you are in a waitlist. Those on the waitlist can be given a spot if anyone cancels on them down the line before class starts. Usually some cancel because they got to another school they prefer better. Keep your hopes as long as they did not yet send you a rejection letter/email.

Thanks for your support and encouraging words! I have not heard anything back yet- did anyone receive confirmation that they were denied? I am still holding on to a little bit of hope, but accepting that I will most likely be starting the adorous application process all over again.

I also haven't heard anything and emailed for an update and received no reply. So I am just going to accept that I didn't get in and probably moved forward with applying for other schools for 2026.

Did anyone get a denial? Just checking. The Admissions counselor lady replied to my email asking for an update and said that my application "is still under review".

IDK who is still out there hoping for a little bit of hope but I just spoke with the director (he seemed a bit in a hurry) and he told me they are still notifying people. Odd since they already have a deadline to pay for seats. Anyways at first he told me that I needed to contact graduate admissions (who I've already email and said no updates at the moment) and then he said they are still notifying people. I personally feel more at peace with a yes or a no instead of waiting and waiting. I felt terrible calling since I know things are hectic and busy but it's also hard on us leaving us hanging. I guess nothing at this point is better than a rejection. Good luck 👍🏼

I spoke to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) in admissions today and she seemed upset that I was calling for an update. Just the tone. She said that if I did not get any email then my application is still under review.
