Roseman University ABSN October 2018

Hi everyone! I am a hopeful for the October 2018 ABSN cohort at Roseman Health Science University. I didn't see a thread for this group and have some questions, so I figured I would start one :-)

I applied May 1 and have yet to hear back about an interview invitation, which I was under the impression would be coming around this time. I'm very excited about this program and nervous as heck. Has anybody heard back?

I got my interview invite today as well! I'm excited but also super nervous I won't get into the Henderson campus. I wish we knew more about how they decide who goes where.

I think it might be based on a first come first serve basis. I feel like most people put henderson as their preference.

To those that got an interview for 8/15, I would like to assume the time they gave us is in UTAH time? I'm from LA, so I am one hour behind of UTAH.

I received my interview invitation yesterday as well :) Congrats to the ones who already got accepted into the October 2018 cohort. I look forward to seeing some of you at the 8/15 interview. Trying to get into the Las Vegas campus.

Hey guys. I received my invite to interview on the 15th. I'm coming in from Vegas on the first flight that day from McCarran. If anyone wants to Uber together to the interview let me know! :) it feels like we are all trying to get in to the Vegas campus. If we don't get our preferred campus I wonder if we can rollover to next cohort and just re interview or have to start the process all over again? My advisor usually gets back to me within a week, if I hear back I will let y'all know.

Has anyone received their confirmation email with the additional information?

Hey! I received my confirmation on the same day as the invite. I cc'd all the names that were included in the email when I replied back. Hope that helps.

So I never received my confirmation either, I called my advisor he didn't answer. I received an email from him stating I never replied?? Even though I replied that day and CCd him on it and he replied to it. So weird, idk what's going on with them but I replied again saying I will definitely be there. If you haven't received a confirmation too maybe reply again confirming your spot?

Okay so about five minutes after sending another email saying I will be there I received the confirmation. I think they received my first but forgot to send out the confirmation or something idk. But I'm happy I finally got it! If you haven't gotten it I suggest sending your reply in again.

I ended up replying to everyone on the CC and received my confirmation. Could anyone from the past interviews tell us how they and others were dressed?

a lot of the girls wore business professional- pencil skirt/suit pants, blouse, blazer, & flats. I did see some wearing business causal with pants/blouse/heels. Someone even wore a summer/causal dress.
