Hello! I am starting in July 2017 at SJ and am very excited, but nervous. How is everything going?

I am finishing block 3 now! I love the program Im in the ABSN program! I start my clinical rotations next week :) Chano92 will you be coming to vegas?

That's awesome! I will be in SJ, but I am hoping to make quite a few trips to LV! Maybe I could even get a clinical rotation there!

I am hoping to attend the feb 18 cohort at Roseman however one of my concerns is what my schedule would look like. I know the schedule is fluid and changes with every block. Can you give me an ideal of how much time you spend on campus? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It really depends on the block you are in. We are required to be on campus for Labs during block 2 and 3 frequently in block 3. I also attended a lot of open labs in block 3 to practice catheter insertions etc. and for all tests. In block 5 there are only 2 labs your required to attend but you can sign up to go more to practice you skills etc. I think block 6 and 7 we don't have to be on campus much.. I am in block 5 NOW. Hope this helps :)
