It was very informal! Everyone was super nice. It was an opportunity for you to ask questions and they asked very easy "get to know you" questions. You can tell they aren't there to trick you. I can't remember how many people were in my session, I'm sorry! Everyone in your session can see and hear you.

Sure! I have 8 years of ICU experience. Various ICU's (MICU, SICU, Trauma, Burn, Neuro, and CV). 3.8 GPA. ACLS, BLS, PALS, CCRN, NIHSS. Preceptor, Rapid response team. 40 hours shadow experience and also volunteer experience.

Do you think the info session determines the final decision of getting into the school, or is it the Kira interview?

This is so anxiety inducing. Anyone count the number of acceptances yet? 😅

Anybody still waiting to hear back from the KIRA assessment?

I also had my I information session earlier in the week and have not heard anything yet! Hopefully by the end of the week- or atleast a hold so I know what to expect. Nervousness getting to me!

Specializes in ICU.

I also did not hear anything back yet either and had info session this past week.  Anyone know if they're possibly filling up Colorado first? Or are they accepting people in Illinois as well?
