Hey everyone! I will be applying soon to Rosalind Franklin University's CRNA program starting May 2024.
I know applications in NursingCAS will open on August 10, 2023 and will close on December 15, 2023. I've heard that it is very competitive with rolling admissions so apply early! Interview invites have gone out in September in the past with virtual interviews taking place between October and February. Admission spots were offered last year as early as October.

I received the email saying I'm invited for Kira assessment but have yet to receive the follow up email with assessment link. How long between emails did you guys wait?
So is the "hold status" kind of like I like your application but not good enough ?
Unfortunately, yes. And they do not have any plans to review "on hold" applications (no scheduled review dates). This means that they will go through 4 months off interviews, see what comes in, and then they will look at you again if they have a shortage of qualified applicants. Historically, they seem to come back to held applications around March and send rejections. I'm not really sure why they have this option.

I received the link within a day from the initial invitation email.

It usually takes about a day or 2 for them to receive your application after it is verified by NursingCas. Then, it'll take up to a week or so to hear about an interview invite.
I'm still waiting for them to email me the Kira Assessment. I was hoping to do it tomorrow.. I received the email invite on Monday. Maybe I'll email them tomorrow if I don't have it by then
