Rosalind Franklin University CRNA 2024

Updated:   Published

Hey everyone! I will be applying soon to Rosalind Franklin University's CRNA program starting May 2024.

I know applications in NursingCAS will open on August 10, 2023 and will close on December 15, 2023. I've heard that it is very competitive with rolling admissions so apply early! Interview invites have gone out in September in the past with virtual interviews taking place between October and February. Admission spots were offered last year as early as October.

If you have anything to share throughout this application process, please post here!

Good luck to everyone!!

Good luck to everyone for interview.

Good luck everyone! Hope you all crush it and get acceptance.

Specializes in Neuro ICU, MICU/SICU.

For everyone interviewing - will you guys know if you get in right after? Or do they make you wait?  is it kinda the same deal with the Kira where you have a few options - put on hold, denied, waitlisted?

I would be surprised if we knew right away. I think we will have to wait at least a day or until next week. I do believe we can be waitlisted after the interview as well. This is just from what I've read on last years forum, so I'm not 100% sure.

Ugh, that sucks. But hopeful wishes for all of you! When does the second set of interviews start

How did it go everyone!?

I'd say the interview went well! It was a group format. The faculty and students were very welcoming, so that definitely eased the nerves. They truly want to get to know you more as an applicant. All the best to those who will be interviewing soon!

Did you get interviewed one-on-one with a faculty or SRNA? Did they ask about your clinical area preference?

Specializes in MICU.

We were interviewed in groups. And yes, we were asked about clinical preferences after completion of the interview.

I know you all did well. How many were in the interview and how many were in the groups?

Hi! I feel kind of behind compared to everyone else in this group, but I applied and RFU has gotten my application. How soon did everyone hear back about moving forward with the Kira once RFU had their app?

Good luck to everyone interviewing!! Hopefully thats me in a few weeks ?
