Do you already have an RN license? If not, be aware that no pre-licensure nursing programs exist that are fully online. This is because all pre-licensure nursing programs have a hands-on clinical practicum component that must be completed in-person.
Hybrid nursing programs exist in which you'd attend clinical practicum rotations in-person at various healthcare facilities and complete theory coursework online.
Look at BSN programs in your state, ideally a public school. If you already have a bachelor's, you may be able to do an entry-level master's program. Talk to the financial aid office at the school of your choice. They can help with scholarships. You can also do a Google search for websites that help with scholarship searches (I don't remember any, but I remember they existed when I was looking).
Please be cautious about entry-level MSN programs. Many states' requirements for licensure require specific undergrad degrees... not an MSN. This would impose mobility restrictions due to licensure. Scholarships and/or financial aid is scarce for anyone who already has a degree. Most second-degree & grad students must rely on other sources (pay-as-you-go or loans).
Since it does not appear that OP has a burning passion to practice as a nurse, I would suggest looking into PA programs before making an educational commitment.
