So I've decided to change my major again. I"ve changed from pharmacy to Computer Science and now to Nursing. Some people might think this is just spurt of the moment that I want to join Nursing. That maybe true, but for now I'm really interested in this career. I DO feel good when I help someone out for certain. Mainly, I like nursing is because of the ability to make money at every steps (CNA - LPN - RN - NP etc). I have some questions please answer these:
1. How hard is nursing compare to pharmacy and CS major in schoolwise (grades etc). Do you need like really high GPA?
2. How about working environment?
3. This is my plan in order, CNA - LPN - RN - NP, is this good in term of financial wise since my family is poor so I want to be able to support myself as soon as possible.
4. How competitive are the nursing programs in CALI? Is it just apply to becoming RN and other higher levels or it also apply to CNA and LPN too.
5. Please rate Nursing major, pharmacist, and Computer Science major in term of schoolwise.
1-10 1= easiest, 2= hardest To me I think Nursing is at 6, Pharmacy is at 8, and Computer Science is at 8 or 9 lol.

Pharmacists often seem bored to me. I worked with this one at a clinic, he was a completely awesome guy. But I believe spent most of his day messing around on the computer. He was paid less (state job) than most. I think the majority of his day was stocking/ordering meds, answering college students' questions, and ringing up the cash register (go figure right?). It would be boring to be stuck in a little room all day. That's one great thing about nursing, I'm not sitting down all the time...ha if ever, except to chart.
