Relax, I too was freaking out when I took the NCLEX. I had a whirlwind of emotions during the test and after it shut off at the min, I was slightly relieved. The lady from Kaplan who came to my school said that if the questions are increasing in difficulty you know you are doing well, the opposite being true as well. You clearly passed, so enjoy the victory!

I took my boards today. (July 26, 2018 at 2pm)
I had 75 questions. There were at least 20 SATA questions, 3 or 4 drag and drop, no pictures, no audio, 2 math, a lot of "who do you see first" and delegation questions.
I was terrified the whole entire time, the lump in my throat never went away.
After the 75 questions a screen popped up saying the next set of questions were practice questions to see how students do on them before they are added to the NCLEX.
After that there were 16 survey questions.
I arrived at the Pearson facility 1.5 hours early. After sitting in my car for a half hour I went in. They let me start an hour early. I was done at 2:40pm.
I sat in the parking lot for over an hour googling "can u fail the NCLEX with 75 questions". Then I drove home, an hour, and went online to try to re-register. (PVT) I was unable. It said I was unable to register for it again. I'm hopeful that is a good sign, but of course still freaking out that the results are wrong and I'll be dying inside the next 48 hours til I know for sure.
