RN looking for hospital job, willing to relocate

Nurses Job Hunt

Published

I am an ADN RN with 1 year of experience in a SNF. I am looking for a job in an acute care hospital. I am willing to relocate if need be. Can anyone recommend an area with hospitals that I can apply to who would at least give me an interview? Thanks!

If your willing to relocate, try ND hospitals. They are desperate for nurses and hire many new grads in specialty areas.

Thanks! Any specific hospital you would recommend? My goal is eventually to work in the NICU.

No problem. I know that Bismarck and Minot are desperate for nurses and hire new grads in specialty areas. St. Alexius, Trinity, and Sanford are a few. I'm not too sure about Fargo or other ND cities, but the whole state seems to be booming. If you have more questions feel free to PM me

New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma all seem to have openings as well. Also have you considered working for the Indian Health Services? THere are programs where they help repay student loans.

New Mexico, South & West Texas (NOT large metro areas), Central & Northern Louisiana . . . It's unlikely that you'll be offered 'free' $ for relocation, but you may be able to negotiate some financial assistance.
